Visa Application Form
A Visa Application form can be downloaded in pdf format, which can then be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader software. If you do not have this software it can be downloaded free of charge by clicking on the 'Get Acrobat Reader' icon below.
- The Visa Application Form must be completed in Duplicate and capital letters
- The completed form must be submitted with the applicants Passport and two (2) recent passport-size pictures
- It takes a minimum of four (4) working days to process an application submitted at the counter and ten (10) working days for postal applications
